I love reading the notes my doctors leave on MyChart after our appointments. They read more like epitaphs than medical notes, my life summed up in vaguely judgy one-liners:

"Appetite - good."

"She will do Zumba on occasion."

"Last year lost her job as an editor for an online crafts magazine."

"No Active Allergies"

"Endorses increased cravings for sweets."

"Lives alone in an apartment..."

"Abdomen - soft."
